APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
In order to improve access to
appointments we are trialling a new system. Patients
ringing for an appointment on the day before
11am will be rung back that day by a GP
who will decide with the patient the most
appropriate consultation method. Hopefully
this will ease the rush at 8am and ensure
that GP appointments are used for the right
reasons. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT IF A GP IS
TO RING YOU BACK THAT YOU REMAIN NEAR YOUR
PHONE TO TAKE THIS CALL. |
